1. Object of processing
The Controller processes personal, identifying, and non-sensitive data (such as: name, surname, company name, address, telephone, e-mail – hereinafter, “personal data” or “data”) communicated by you when filling out electronic forms on the Site or through online requests.
2. Categories of processed data and purposes
2.1 Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users, URI notation addresses, request time, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system. This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on site use and is deleted immediately after processing.

The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests. Data is collected for the following purposes:

3. Processing methods and data retention period
Processing is carried out by means of the operations indicated in art. 4 no. 2) GDPR. Your personal data is processed both on paper and electronically. The Controller will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes and in any case for no longer than 10 years from the termination of the relationship for service purposes and no longer than 2 years from collection for other purposes.

The Controller has adopted a wide variety of security measures to protect your data against the risk of loss, abuse, or alteration, in compliance with art. 32 of the GDPR.
5. Rights of the data subject
As a data subject, you have the rights set out in art. 15 GDPR (Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and complaint to the Supervisory Authority).
